    • Solar panels (1) in Figs. 1-3, including crystal solar panels and thin film solar panels, which at least at edges of two opposite sides (4, 5), have frames (6,7), for use in fixed tilt solar system (Fig. 2) as well as use in tracking solar system (Fig. 3), are provided with coupling parts (8,9,16,26) in Figs. 4A, 5A, 6, 8, 11,13,16-206, together with rails (2) in Figs. 6,8,11,13-15,20,23, are also provided with coupling parts (10,11,15, 25), cooperating with each other, substantially in the form of tongue (15, 25) and groove (8,16,26), wherein the coupling parts are provided with integrated mechanical locking elements (12, 28, 37) which prevent the drifting or separating apart of coupled solar panel and rail in direction perpendicular to the solar panel surface and parallel to the solar panel surface. Furthermore the coupled tongue and groove are balanced by a set of forces in Fig. 8, Fig. 25, and integrated to support each other, and to support solar panel with combined mechanical strength, which provide opportunities to reduce materials usage, reduce dimensions, reduce packaging materials, reduce shipping cost, reduce installation time, as well as limiting installer error and other benefits.

    • 17,990. Bland, H. W., and Young, J., [trading as Bland & Young]. July 28. Burners, applications of; vaporizing-apparatus.-Relates to burning-off and brazing tools and the like, of the kind which comprise a tubular oil reservoir forming a handle from which the oil is forced through a vaporizing-coil to a burner between it and the reservoir. The invention consists in providing one or more flat chambers between the burner and reservoir for cooling purposes, and in means for ensuring constant pressure in the reservoir. The reservoir a is connected to the vaporizer p by pipes and a series of flat chambers h, i, l, the upper one of which is formed as a starting-cup. The ends of the vaporizer p communicate with two chambers in the base r of the burner o. The base r has projecting studs t, one of which receives a screw u adapted to clamp a flame tube v in position. The tool w is supported by stays x provided at their ends with clamping- members y, Fig. 1, which are tightened by nuts z. The reservoir a contains an inflatable bag e which is placed over an air-pump c, and is secured between the reservoir and disk b, by a screw cap d. The disk b has a pressure-reducing valve b .

Processes; spindle apparatus; drawing - frames; roving-frames; slivenrubbing apparatus; spinning-machines with twisting arrangements at delivery. -The process of spinning flax and other yarn described in Specification No. 4394, A.D. 1905, is carried out by first drawing out the rove either in a wet or dry condition and winding it into a roll without twist, then transferring it to a revolving delivery spindle, whereby it is twisted as it is drawn off to be wound into a roll. In the Wet-spinning of flax, the rove is led through a trough C, Fig. 1, drawn by rollers B, dried by passing with a travelling absorbent blanket D round a drying - cylinder D', and finally wound into a roll A by a drum E. Supporting-rollers b, d are provided for the blanket and a longitudinally reciprocated roller b above the rollers b serves to condense the rove and prevent it from lapping on the roller B. Other arrangements are shown, in one the blanket being dispensed with, and in another, two drying-cylinders being employed. When it is not desired to wet the rove, it passes from the drawing - rollers between condensing-rubbers to the roll. The roll A' of untwisted rove is transferred to a spindle F, Fig. 6, which is rotated rapidly to twist the rove as it is drawn off by rollers G, and the fully twisted rove is wound on a roll A by a drum El. A shield H, which may be stationary or driven at any desired speed, surrounds the spindle to prevent excessive ballooning and control the drag. In some cases, the spindle is inverted and the yarn drawn off, through a water trough.
