摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a calcium silicate plate which enables uniform dispersing of a colorant over the entire plate, even in case the plate is manufactured by a mold press process.
SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the calcium silicate plate comprises the following processes; a first wet mixing process to mix pulp and water, then defibrated the pulp in a pulp defibrate device, and add a water-insoluble colorant to the defibrated pulp and further, mix these components, a second wet mixing process to further mix the mixture obtained after the first wet mixing process and other raw materials to obtain a raw slurry; a green plate forming process to dehydrate the raw slurry by a pressurized dehydration process and form a green plate with a uniform thickness; and a curing process to cure the green plate by autoclave curing.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the calcium silicate plate comprises a step (1) of pouring into a mold a raw material slurry prepared by mixing a raw material for the calcium silicate plate and water, a step (2) of forming a green plate having a uniform thickness by pressurizing the raw material slurry in the mold and dewatering from the top face side, and a step (3) of taking the green plate out from the mold and curing it through autoclave curing. In the step (2), the mold consists of a watertight bottom and side parts consisting of frame members free movable to the upward and downward directions, the mold is formed when the side parts come into contact with the bottom, and the raw material slurry poured in the mold is dewatered only from the top face side.
