    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window film excellent in scratch resistance.SOLUTION: This window film comprises: a substrate layer having a first surface and a second surface on the opposite side to the first surface; a hard coat layer arranged on the first surface of the substrate layer; and a joint layer arranged on the second surface of the substrate layer. The hard coat layer includes a mixture of nanoparticles and a binder, and the nanoparticles constitute 40-95 mass% of the whole mass of the hard coat layer. A portion of 10-50 mass% of the nanoparticles has an average particle size in the range of 2-200 nm, and a portion of 50-90 mass% of the nanoparticles has an average particle size in the range of 60-400 nm, and the ratio between an average particle size of the nanoparticles having the average particle size in the range of 60-400 nm and an average particle size of the nanoparticles having the average particle size in the range of 2-200 nm is in the range of 2:1 to 200:1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent adhesive sheet that is prevented from causing display unevenness, bubbles, and peeling.
      SOLUTION: The transparent adhesive sheet 3, 3' is used for sticking a surface protective layer 4 or a touch panel 7 in an image display device 30 to the display surface of an image display unit 1 or is used for sticking the surface protective layer 4 to the touch panel 7. The transparent adhesive sheet comprises a copolymer containing (A) an alkyl (meth)acrylate having a 4-18C alkyl group, (B) an amide group-containing monomer and (C) a (meth)acrylic ester having an ether group. Furthermore, the copolymer contains (D-1) an amino group-containing monomer (wherein, the amino group-containing monomer is copolymerizable with monomer components (A), (B) and (C), thus constructing a copolymer together with components (A), (B) and (C)) and (D-2) an amino group-containing alkoxysilane compound. The acid value of the copolymer is 5 mgKOH/g or lower.
