The elastic restorable device has an upper surface fixed to a bottom surface of the base. And a lower surface of the elastic restorable device is provided with a plurality of elastic restorable projections extending downwardly. The adhering part can detachably adhere a flexible cleaning sheet, and is fixed to a lower surface of the elastic restorable device and provided among the plurality of the elastic restorable projections. The thickness of the adhering part does not exceed heights of the elastic restorable projections. When the cleaning appliance is used together with a cleaning sheet, the cleaning sheet can form a cleaning surface with three dimensional structure, so that contaminant can distribute uniformly on the cleaning surface thereof.
