    • The invention relates to hydrolyzable and polymerizable, low viscous and flexible silanes of general formula (I): B{(A)d-R'-U-R'-SiXaRb}c wherein the radicals and indices have the following meanings:B = a monovalent tetravalent straight-chained or cross-linked organic radical with at least one C=C double bond and 4 -50 carbon atoms;X = hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, alkoxy, acyloxy, alkylcarbonyl, alkoxycarbonyl or NR"2. R = alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, alkylaryl or arylalkyl; R' = alkylene, alkenylene, arylene, arylenalkylene or alkylenarylene with respectively 0 - 10 carbon atoms, whereby said radicals can be interrupted by oxygen and sulphur atoms or by amino groups; R" = hydrogen, alkyl or aryl; U = an inorganically modified organic radical which has a siloxane, carbosilane or carbosiloxane skeleton with at least two (siloxane, carbosiloxane) silicon or germanium atoms or one (carbosilane) silicon or germanium atom and 1 -15 C atoms as well as up to 5 additional heteroatoms from the group of O, S, N; A = C(O)O, OC(O)O, C(O), O, S, C(O)NR", OC(O), NR"C(O); a = 1, 2 or 3; b = 0, 1 or 2; a + b = 3; c = 1, 2, 3 or 4; d = 0 or 1.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with problems requiring a composition for removal of tooth tissue infected with caries by daily practice with a simple and painless method, further a composition for removal of caries without affecting, damaging or at least avoiding healthy tooth materials valuable to be preserved, and further a composition for removal of caries essentially securing no remaining of bacterial residue after treatment of caries, and further requiring a method for treating caries with simple and painless manner. SOLUTION: The composition includes at least one of each of biologically active protease and glycosidase with their activity ratio of 1,000,000:1 to 1:1,000,000 and at least 2 U/mL of the total enzymic activity. The method further relates to the method for production of the composition including such enzymes and a method of removing caries.
