摘要： PURPOSE: An automatic pipe quantity calculation method and a system thereof are provided to shorten the work time and increase the accuracy by reducing errors when the quantity of pipe materials is calculated by digitizing a pipe drawing. CONSTITUTION: An information input unit (11) inputs a set of information for a pipe drawing and quantity calculation. A quantity calculation unit (12) automatically displays a file by accessing to a database (14). The quantity calculation unit completes the quantity calculation by using the information, which is inputted through the information input unit, and the information, which is stored in the database, and outputs the quantity calculation to a result output unit (13).
