    • PURPOSE: A Ti-based flux cored wire for gas shield arc welding is provided to improve the low-temperature impact toughness and crack resistance of a weld metal by allowing fine Ti oxides to grow in the weld metal, thereby obtaining a micronized solidified structure. CONSTITUTION: A Ti-based flux cored wire for gas shield arc welding, in which a flux is charged in a steel sheath, comprises 0.01-0.12 wt% of C, 3.5-10 wt% of TiO2, 0.6-2.5 wt% of Mn, 0.1-1.0 wt% of Si, 0.1-3.0 wt% of Ni, 0.1-0.7 wt% of Ti, 0.09-0.3 wt% of ZrO2, 0.1-0.55 wt% of SiO2, 0.02-0.1wt% of Al2O3, 0.004-0.02 wt% of Na2O, 0.02-0.15 wt% of K2O, and a remaining amount of Fe, and inevitable impurities contained in the steel sheath and the flux.     • A titania based flux cored wire is provided to improve welding workability, and to prevent a degradation problem of a bead color and fine defect of a bead surface in high-current welding. A titania based flux cored wire comprises titanium oxide 4.0~8.0%, Mg oxide 0.1~1.0%, Si oxide 0.5~2.0%, Si 0.5~2.0%, Mn 1.0~3.0%, and iron powder 1.5~5.0%. The titania based flux cored wire includes two or more 0.3~1.0% selected from a group consisting of Al, Mg, Zr, Ti and Ca. The rest comprises other oxide, an arc stabilizer, metal fluoride and inevitable impurities. A rate of the iron powder and titanium oxide is 1.5~2.5.
