摘要： PURPOSE: A recycled PET composite and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use the composite as a material for spare parts of a vehicle with high thermal resistance and extrusion molding properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a recycled PET composite comprises the following steps: forming flakes out of waste PET bottles; forming chips from the PET flakes using an extruder; and stiffening and compounding the PET chips, glass fibers, a coupling agent, a chain extender, a nucleant selected from the group consisting of talc or an organic nucleant, and an MBS. The PET chips have a melting temperature of 255~265 deg C, and an average intrinsic viscosity of 0.45~1.0 deciliter per gram.
