摘要： PURPOSE: A producing method of a nickel or palladium nanoparticle dipped in carbon is provided to synthesize the nickel or palladium nanoparticle with the narrow particle size range with a simple process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a nickel or palladium nanoparticle dipped in carbon comprises the following steps: mixing 1,2-propanediol with a stabilizer for obtaining a mixed solution; inserting a carbon carrier into the mixed solution, and stirring to obtain a dispersed solution; dissolving a nickel or palladium precursor in the 1,2-propanediol for obtaining a precursor solution; mixing the precursor solution and the dispersed solution to obtain a dispersed precursor solution; evaporating water from the dispersed precursor solution; reducing the nickel or palladium precursor from the dispersed precursor solution for obtaining the nanoparticles; and washing and drying the nanoparticles.

CONSTITUTION: A producing method of core-shell nanoparticles carried in carbon comprises the following steps: dispersing core nanoparticle powder carried in the carbon in ethanol for obtaining a dispersion solution; adding a metal precursor and hydroquinone for forming shells into the dispersion solution to prepare a mixed solution; and heat-reducing the mixed solution for coating shell metals on core nanoparticles. The core nanoparticles are selected from the group consisting of Ni, Pd, Co, and Ir.

摘要： A method for manufacturing platinum alloy catalysts for fuel cell electrodes is provided to reduce the quantity of platinum consumed as well as production costs of highly active alloy catalysts.
