    • PURPOSE: A device for opening and closing an air flap of a vehicle for dealing with malfunction is provided to prevent a flap door from being opened and closed by vibration occurred in a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening and closing an air flap of a vehicle for dealing with malfunction comprises a coolant temperature sensor, a controller, an actuator(130), a moving unit(200), a flap unit(300), an elastic member(140), and a solenoid unit(150). The coolant temperature sensor measures the temperature of a coolant. The controller receives a measured value of the coolant temperature and outputs a control signal by comparing the measured value with a reference value. The actuator rotates a rotary unit(131) depending on the control signal. The moving unit performs a rectilinear motion by receiving the torque from the rotary unit. The flap unit is installed in the path of air flowing from the front of a vehicle to a cooling module. The elastic member is installed between the moving unit and a flap housing(310) and supplies elastic force to flap doors(320). The solenoid unit is installed in the flap housing and restricts the movement of the moving unit.

    • A structure for assembling a fan stay for a vehicle is provided to facilitate an assembling work by shortening assembly and disassembly time. A structure for assembling a fan stay for a vehicle comprises the fan stay. The fan stay fixes a cooling motor for driving a cooling fan and is detachably installed at a carrier. An insertion pin member(38) is formed at one side of a fixing section(36) formed at a support(34) of the fan stay. An elastic locking member(50) is inserted into the insertion pin member. A locking maintaining member(70) fixes the elastic locking member such that the fan stay is fixed to the carrier. The elastic locking member comprises an elastic member formed with an insertion hole, into which the insertion pin member is inserted, a fixing body having a fitting groove(74) and an elastic support, and a locking protrusion(56) locked with the locking maintaining member.
