    • A carrier cup of a planet carrier is provided to allow a pinion gear to be mounted on the planet carrier stably by keeping a space between an exterior circumference of the pinion gear and an interior circumference of the leg constant. In a carrier cup of a planet carrier, a carrier cup of a planet carrier comprises a carrier plate(100) and a plurality of legs(110). A carrier board has a disc shape, and a carrier hole(140) is formed at the center of the carrier board. A first and a second pinion hole(120,130) are formed around of the carrier hole, and a first and second pinion shaft are mounted in the hole of the first and the second pinion. The carrier shaft is inserted into a carrier hole on the carrier board and the carrier hole of the carrier cover so that the carrier cup and carrier cover are connected with each other.

    • PURPOSE: A carrier of an automatic transmission is provided to boost lubricating performance by smoothly providing oil to a necessary part without weakening the strength of the carrier as it does not increase the number of bearing lubricating holes and pinion lubricating holes which are formed on a carrier body. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pinion lubricating holes(3) is arranged on the circumference of a carrier body(1), separated from each other. A plurality of bearing lubricating holes(5) is arranged on the circumference of the carrier body, disjointed from each other. The pinion lubricating hole is formed in the same phase as a pinion shaft which is mounted on the carrier body. The bearing lubricating hole is arranged in the phase in between the pinion lubricating holes.

    • A bearing unit is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bearing unit enabling relative rotation while supporting the axial load of a main rotor between one rotor and the other rotor comprises a first thrust bearing and a second thrust bearing. The first thrust bearing comprises a first race axially supported between one rotor and one surface of the main rotor corresponding to one rotor, and installed in the inner diameter of the first rotor through an extension end formed inside; and a first needle roller interposed while being supported between the first race and one rotor. The second thrust bearing comprises a second race axially supported between the other rotor and the other surface of the main rotor corresponding to the other rotor, forcibly fitted in a stepped surface formed on the other surface of the main rotor through an external end formed outside, and fitted in the extension end of the first race to fix the first race on the center of rotation; and a second needle roller interposed while being supported between the second race and the other rotor.
