A wave washer(50) is formed between the stainer and the spacer. The wave washer absorbs the vibration of the longitudinal direction of the fastener. The stainer comprise a first curvature portion(48) formed on the outer circumference of the third contact part(46).

At least one of the protrusions is inserted into the gap formed between the first and second slingers so as to seal the gap.
