    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of non-shrink polyurethane is provided to provide a non-shrinkable polyurethane foam not needing crushing in density region of wide range by using a resin premix comprising polyol with specific molecular weight and OH value. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of non-shrink polyurethane comprises 100.0 parts by weight of polyol resin premix, 30-70 parts by weight of isocyanate, and 1-10 parts by weight of foam. The polyol resin premix comprises: polyetherpolyols or polyester polyol of which weight average molecular weight is 6,000-10,000, and OH value is 25-30 mg KOH/g; polyetherpolyols or polyester polyol of which weight average molecular weight is 6,000-10,000, and OH value is 20-24 mg KOH/g; polyetherpolyols or polyester polyol of which weight average molecular weight is 3,000-6,000, and OH value is 30-60 mg KOH/g; and polymerpolyol, in which acrylonitrile, styrene, or a mixture thereof is dispersed or grafted to polyetherpolyols or polyester polyol of which weight average molecular weight is 6,000-10,000 and OH value is 20-30 mg KOH/g.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polyurethane foam for a vehicle floor mat sound absorbing material comprises a step of reacting a modified polyisocyate including 25~40wt% of isocyanate group and polyol with urethane. The polyol is formed by mixing 90~97wt% of high molecular weight polyol and 3~10wt% of low molecular weight polyol. The modified polyisocyate is obtained by mixing 100wt% of resin premix and polymeric MDI, 30~60wt% of monomeric MDI, 5~20wt% of modified MDI, and 1~20wt% of TDI.
