The present invention includes a step of detecting the information of the vehicle including a change in the angle of the steering wheel, a driving speed, longitudinal acceleration, transversal acceleration, and an angular speed during driving; a step of distinguishing a driving mode by analyzing the information of the vehicle and determining road surface conditions by applying a vehicle speed and the transversal acceleration if the vehicle is in a high-speed driving mode and calculating time for the change in the transversal acceleration according to a speed and a vibration range; and a step of determining whether or not the driver is abnormally driving on a real time basis by analyzing the change in the angle of the steering wheel if the high-speed drive on a good road surface is determined by the step of determining the road surface conditions and outputting a warning message of the abnormal drive through a predetermined method.

    • According to an embodiment of the present invention, a steering device having a tilting function and a telescopic function includes: a steering handle which is operated by a driver to control the driving direction of a transfer machine; a sensing unit which is formed on one side of the steering handle and senses contact with other objects or applied contact pressure; a tilting unit and a telescopic unit which tilt the steering handle or adjust the length of a steering column; and a control unit which controls the tilting angle of the steering handle or the length of the steering column by operating the tilting unit or the telescopic unit according to the moving direction of a part in contact with other objects sensed by the sensing unit or to the direction in which the contact pressure is applied. Therefore, as the driver holds the sensing unit installed at both ends of the steering handle and the steering handle moves according to the direction of force applied onto the sensing unit or to the moving direction of contact, it is possible to easily and effectively execute the tilting function and the telescopic function of the steering handle.
