    • PURPOSE: A unit panel, and a prefabricated water tank using the unit panel and a PE lining are provided to simplify manufacturing processes by closely attaching a heating member to a metal panel. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated water tank includes a metal panel(11), a heating member(12), and unit panel(10). The metal panel includes fixing holes penetrating each edge. The heating member contacts with the inside of the metal panel, and includes a reinforcing member for preventing the deformation of the heating member by the water pressure. The reinforcing member includes a first rib, a second rib, and a hooking pin. The unit panel includes a fixing member(13) for fixing the heating member to the fixing hole.

    • PURPOSE: A structure for building a bottom plate of a prefabricated tank and a building method thereof are provided to prevent the deformation of a base frame caused by the pressure of water in a water tank. CONSTITUTION: A structure for building a bottom plate of a prefabricated tank comprises a first foundation(110), a base frame(120), an angle(130), a fastening support(140), a set bolt(150), a plurality of polyethylene sheets(180), a drain portion(170), and a plurality of fixtures. The first foundation supports a water tank. The base frame is installed on the top of the first foundation. The angle is settled on the upper side of the first foundation to contact the inner side of the base frame. The fastening support is laid under the concrete of a second foundation(160) and supports the base frame not to be pushed by water pressure. The set bolt fixes the angle on the first foundation in order to prevent the movement of the base frame fixed by the fastening support. The polyethylene sheets are settled to be overlapped on the top of the second foundation. The drain portion comprises a pipeline(171) and a drain box(172) which are installed in the base frame to guide the drainage of water. The fixtures are installed on to the second foundation in order to prevent movement by the contraction of the polyethylene sheets.
