    • PURPOSE: A chucking apparatus of a super high speed spindle is provided to perform chucking and unchucking even when rotating at a high speed, by transferring pushing force for a collet sleeve to a push pipe by the operation of a cylinder rod moved by an air cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A chucking apparatus of a super high speed spindle comprises a second cylinder rod(10), a first cylinder rod(9), an air chamber(11) and a push pipe. The second cylinder rod surrounds a part of the outer circumference of the push pipe. A bearing(8) is formed between the first and second cylinder rods. The air chamber is formed at one side of the first cylinder rod. The Air which passed an air supply pipe(12) is stored in the air chamber. The push pipe is moved to a collet sleeve(4) by the second cylinder rod.
