摘要： PURPOSE: Provided is a method for recovering iodine from nitrogen compound solution using ion exchange resin. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) passing nitrogen compound solution through a column filled with weak basic anion exchange resin, (b) recovering the anion exchange resin by passing 0.1-2N basic aqueous solution through the column at a temperature of 40-90°C, and (c) oxidizing the solution passing out the column at the step (b) by feeding persulfate-based oxidizing agent, wherein the nitrogen compound is selected from a group consisted of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone, N,N-dimethylformamide, pyridine, pyrrolidine and pyrrolidinone.

摘要： PURPOSE: A continuous preparation of perfluoroethyliodide denoted by C2F5I under room pressure is accomplished with solid catalyst. The compound is used in a variety of water/oil repellent process or contaminant-resistant agents and high performance surfactant. CONSTITUTION: A continuous preparation of perfluoroethyliodide is performed by using iodide, pentafluoroiodide, tetrafluoroethylene(TFE) and reaction catalyst. The preparation comprises further continuously introducing TFE under room pressure and in the presence of iodide, iodide pentafluoride(IF5), antimony trifluoride(SbF3) and antimony oxide reaction catalyst in solid state to produce perfluoroethyliodide product. The iodide and iodide pentafluoride is admixed together in a reaction molar ratio (I2/IF5) of 0.02-5 and any one of the reaction catalyst SbF3 and Sb2O3 is dissolved under stirring at room temperature to 50 deg.C.

본 발명에서 제공하고 있는 이송장치는 분말 혹은 입자형 PTFE를 고진공하에서 PTFE 이송의 중단없이 고온 열분해 반응기에 연속적으로 주입하여 TFE를 연속 대량 생산할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하고 있으며, 본 발명의 이송장치에 따르면 종전 PTFE 열분해에 의해 TFE를 생산하는 방법의 단점인 회분식 반응 및 PTFE의 이송불량(용착, 고착 등)에 의해 열분해 반응의 중단 및 잦은 장치의 해체 및 보수에 따른 생산성 저하를 극복하여 편리하고 경제적인 TFE의 상업적 대량 생산을 가능하게 하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
