    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of 4,5-diaryl 5- cyclic sulfamidate with high stereoscopic property is provided to selectively manufacture 4,5-diaryl 5- cyclic sulfamidate stereoisomeric compound having high optical activity. CONSTITUTION: A 4,5-diaryl 5- cyclic sulfamidate with high stereoscopic property is represented by chemical formula 1a or 1b. A manufacturing method of 4,5-diaryl 5- cyclic sulfamidate comprises the following step: reacting 5-cyclic imine compound represented by chemical formula 2 with hydrogen donor under the presence of chiral organometallic catalyst. The chiral organometallic catalyst is a compound represented by chemical formula 3a or 3b. The chiral organometallic catalyst is a compound of the chemical formula 3a or 3b including 1-2 equivalent of hydrochloric acid/tri C1-C6 alkylamin salt, hydrochloric acid/C3-C8 cyclic alkylamin salt and hydrochloric acid/C5-C12 heteroaryl amine salt. The chiral organometallic catalyst is a compound selected from compounds represented by chemical formula 4a-4f. The chiral organometallic catalyst is a compound selected from the compounds of chemical formula 4a-4f which include 1-2 equivalent of hydrochloric acid/triethylamine salt.
    • 目的:提供具有高立体性的4,5-二芳基5-环磺酰胺酸盐的制备方法,以选择性制备具有高光学活性的4,5-二芳基5-环磺酰氨酸酯立体异构化合物。 构成:具有高立体性的4,5-二芳基5-环磺酰胺酸盐由化学式1a或1b表示。 4,5-二芳基5-环状氨磺酸盐的制造方法包括以下步骤:在手性有机金属催化剂存在下使由化学式2表示的5-环亚胺化合物与氢供体反应。 手性有机金属催化剂是由化学式3a或3b表示的化合物。 手性有机金属催化剂是化学式3a或3b的化合物,其包括1-2当量的盐酸/三C1-C6烷基胺盐,盐酸/ C3-C8环烷基胺盐和盐酸/ C5-C12杂芳基胺盐。 手性有机金属催化剂是选自化学式4a-4f表示的化合物的化合物。 手性有机金属催化剂是选自化学式4a-4f的化合物的化合物,其包括1-2当量的盐酸/三乙胺盐。
