    • A system and a method for assessing risk in integrated environment management, and a computer-readable recording medium storing a program thereof are provided to effectively reduce society waste caused from polemic argument by efficiently and properly assigning human/physical resources based on predetermined priority and offering basis capable of outputting a reasonable agreement between a policy planer and local residents. A multimedia environment behavior model assesses multimedia environment behavior of harmful chemicals for a target area by using a physical/behavior property database of the chemicals, an environment/geographic property database, a meteorological database and a discharge scenario database. A risk evaluation model is formed based on a toxic database and a human exposure variable database, and calculates the risk of the chemicals by each medium and exposure path. An ecological risk evaluation model is formed based on an ecological toxic database, a physical/chemical property database, and a usage/property/behavior property database of the chemicals. A user terminal executes the databases and the models.
