    • PURPOSE: A surface acoustic wave biosensor, a manufacturing method of the same, and an antigen detection method using the same are provided to accurately detect biomass such as protein or pathogenic bacteria in liquid due to increasing the sensitivity of L-wave. CONSTITUTION: A surface acoustic wave biosensor comprises: a piezoelectric member(100) which includes one or more among quartz, LiNbO3, and LiTiO3; an input IDT and output IDT(102, 104) which are formed on the piezoelectric member with being separated; a wave guide layer(106) which is formed on the piezoelectric element in order to include the input IDT and an output IDT in the lower part and is composed of a photoresist material; and a detection layer(108) which is formed between the input IDT and the output IDT of the upper side of the wave guide layer and wherein an antibody fixation layer is formed in the upper part of the detection layer.
