摘要： PURPOSE: A discharge element and a control device thereof are provided to improve the remaining voltage property of a discharge element by flowing a micro current through a capacitor when a surge current is inputted. CONSTITUTION: A discharge element includes a cylinder(530), a discharge electrode(510,520), a discharge gap(540), a discharge control electrode(550,551), and a plurality of capacitors. The cylinder is a ceramic tube. The discharge electrode hermetically seals the opening of the cylinder. A discharge gap uniformly maintains an interval between the discharge electrodes. The discharge control electrode is arranged in the outer surface of the cylinder in order to control the size, speed, or direction of an electron flow. The plurality of capacitors are connected to the metal line of the discharge control electrode and the terminal of the discharge element.
