    • A method for preparing an inorganic polymer binder, and the inorganic polymer binder prepared by the method are provided to lower the content of volatile organic compounds and to improve adhesive strength and crack resistance. A method for preparing an inorganic polymer binder comprises the steps of mixing monosiloxane and disiloxane; and hydrolyzing the mixture to control the number of a repeating unit of monosiloxane to be 27-30 and that of disiloxane to be 15-18. Preferably the hydrolysis is performed by adding water and by stirring the mixture with 50-70 rpm at a temperature of 15-24 deg.C. Preferably the ratio of monosiloxane and disiloxane is 1 : 0.69-3.25 by weight. Preferably the obtained inorganic polymer binder has a number average molecular weight of 4,800-5,200.

    • PURPOSE: A chip antenna including a metal material structure is provided to acquire selected resonance frequency and phase by controlling series capacitance and parallel inductance. CONSTITUTION: A chip antenna includes a dielectric block(201), a signal line(202), a capacitor part(203), and an inductor part. The dielectric block has a predetermined dielectric constant and permeability. A radial-shape pattern electrode is disposed on the dielectric block. The signal line contacts one face of the dielectric block. A first side meeting one side of the dielectric block is covered by a signal line. The capacitor part consists of a slit formed in a signal line with predetermined depth. The inductor part may be formed on a side meeting one face of the dielectric block.

    • PURPOSE: A microstrip patch antenna and an operation method thereof including a plat type meta material are provided to control the length of an inter-digital capacitor by inserting a meta material unit cell structure to a microstrip patch antenna. The patch controls an electric size of an antenna by controlling the length of an inter-digital capacitor.
