摘要： PURPOSE: A device for space-time access control of digital space content and a method thereof are provided to control an access control such as time, frequency, a space, a level, a layer, an object, and editing, thereby fundamentally blocking violating behavior of digital space information content. CONSTITUTION: A space-time access limit data generating unit(120) generates space-time access limit data about space information content received from a content server. An encoding unit(130) encodes the space information content by packaging the space-time access limit data to the space information content. A communication unit(150) provides encoded space information content.
