    • An apparatus and a method for generating a multi-view panoramic video signal, and an apparatus and a method for reproducing an image are provided to allow a producer to produce panoramic video contents by using camera photographing information and easily convert panoramic images to display the images on a screen of a terminal. An apparatus(20) for generating a multi-view video signal includes a photographing environment information generator(23), an image corrector(21), an image form information generator(24), and a panoramic video signal generator(25). The photographing environment information generator acquires information on a photographing environment from at least one camera. The video corrector corrects images acquired through the at least one camera based on the photographing environment information. The image form information generator acquires image form information on panoramic video data on the basis of the photographing environment information and processes the panoramic video data according to a transmission format. The panoramic video signal generator combines the corrected images to generate panoramic video data and adds the image form information to the generated panoramic video data to generate a multi-view panoramic video signal.

    • An apparatus and a method for coding using bit-precision, and an apparatus and a method for decoding according to the same are provided to reduce the amount of calculation efficiently, by encoding the bit-precision and decoding the bit-precision in the reverse order. An apparatus for coding using bit-precision comprises a data input unit(70), a bit-precision decision unit(74), an encoding unit(76) and a bit stream transmission unit(78). The data input unit(70) receives a data symbol value from the exterior device. The bit-precision decision unit(74) decides the bit-precision value to the data symbol value inputted through the data input unit(70). The encoding unit(76) encodes the data symbol value by using the bit-precision value decided at the bit-precision decision unit(74) and generates a bit stream. The bit stream transmission unit(78) transmits the bit stream encoded at the encoding unit(76) to the exterior device. The encoding unit(76) inserts the bit-precision value decided at the bit-precision decision unit(74) into a header section.
