    • An apparatus and a method for oxidation-reduction reaction of spent nuclear fuel by using pulse-type gas injection are provided to process more spent nuclear fuel in a lump and manufacture a high light and heavy water reactor connecting nuclear fuel sintered body by making uniform the characteristic of final powder even during a high-capacity process. An apparatus for oxidation-reduction reaction of spent nuclear fuel by using pulse-type gas injection comprises an oxidation-reduction reactor(112), a powder charge and precipitation unit(124), a furnace(118), a reaction gas preheat unit(116), a gas injection nozzle(114), and a reaction gas supply unit(128). The oxidation-reduction reactor performs oxidation-reduction reaction of spent nuclear fuel powder by using a reaction gas. The powder charge and precipitation unit charges the spent nuclear fuel powder into the oxidation-reduction reactor, collects the powder scattered by the reaction gas, and re-charges the powder. The furnace controls a reaction temperature. The reaction gas preheat unit preheats the reaction gas. The gas injection nozzle supplies the preheated reaction gas to the oxidation-reduction reactor by being connected to the reaction gas preheat unit. The reaction gas supply unit supplies the reaction gas to the reaction gas preheat unit by being connected to the reaction gas preheat unit through a supply pipe(130).
