    • 본 발명은 가스투과능이 향상된 이온성액체-고분자 겔 멤브레인 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 고분자 겔속에 이온성액체가 분산되도록 멤브레인을 제조하여 가스투과성을 향상시킨 것이다. 특히, 분산된 이온성액체의 양을 증가시켜 멤브레인 선택도와 투과도가 상한경계선(upper bound)을 초과하는 높은 성능을 갖는 고분자-이온성액체 겔 멤브레인 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법은, 혼합가스에서 특정가스를 분리하는 멤브레인 제조방법에 있어서, 고분자와 이온성액체와 용매인 PC를 혼합하여 혼합액을 제조하는 단계와; 상기 혼합액의 용매를 제거하는 건조단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다. 또한, 상기 고분자는 PVdF-HFP (폴리 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 헥사플루오로프로필렌 코폴리머; polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropyl copolymer)이고, 상기 이온성액체는 [emim][BF 4 ](1-에틸-3-메틸이미다졸륨 테트라플루오로보레이트; 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate)이다.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing a red ginseng herb soap, which contains a maltol ingredient excellent in anti-aging ability, as well as sesame oil, aloe and herb essence oil, and which has excellent anti-aging and moisturizing effects. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) dissolving oil and fat extracted from natural plants such as coconut oil or palm oil in water so that the composition of the oil and fat is 75-80% in the formed solution, at 80 deg.C; (ii) admixing squalene, jojoba oil, aloe, tocopherol which are oily ingredients, into the aqueous solution and naturally aging the mixed solution; (iii) adding a red ginseng concentrate prepared with ethanol to the aged solution; (iv) heating the mixture to 65 deg.C and blending the heated mixture; (v) injecting a sesame oil and three kinds of herb essence oils into the blended mixture and quenching the mixture, and withdrawing the quenched mixture under vacuum pressure, and (vi) primarily cutting the withdrawn mixture, and then secondarily molding the mixture.
