    • PURPOSE: A semiconductor nano-particles having polymer surface protecting films and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent oxidization of semiconductor surface by forming surface of polymer protecting films. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a semiconductor nano-particle having surface protecting films comprises next steps: manufacturing dispersing solution by adding a dispersing agent in solvent; manufacturing a mixed solution by adding and stirring group IV element-containing salt in the dispersing solution; and manufacturing a mixture by adding and stirring a reducing agent. The manufacturing method of the semiconductor nanoparticle additionally includes a step of dividing and drying the mixture by using a centrifuge. The dispersing agent forms group IV element and mixed ionic covalent bond.
    • 目的:提供具有聚合物表面保护膜的半导体纳米颗粒及其制造方法,以通过形成聚合物保护膜的表面来防止半导体表面的氧化。 构成:具有表面保护膜的半导体纳米颗粒的制造方法包括以下步骤:通过在溶剂中加入分散剂来制造分散溶液; 通过在分散溶液中加入并搅拌含IV族元素的盐来制造混合溶液; 并通过添加和搅拌还原剂制备混合物。 半导体纳米颗粒的制造方法还包括使用离心机分离和干燥混合物的步骤。 分散剂形成IV族元素和混合的离子共价键。
