    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an aliphatic amine derivative is provided to increase yield of an amine derivative and conversion ratio of nitrobenzene derivative, to reduce generation of byproduct, and to manufacture high purity alicyclic amine derivative. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an aliphatic amine derivative comprises a step of manufacturing an aliphatic amine derivative represented by chemical formula 2 by hydrogenation of a nitrobenzene derivative represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X is -NO2, -Br, I, -COCH3, -OCH3, -C≡N, or -NH2. In chemical formula 2, R is -H or low alkyl group; X' is -H, -NO2, -Br, I, -COCH3, -OCH3, -C≡N, or -NH-R'; and R' is -H or low alkyl group.
    • 目的:提供脂肪族胺衍生物的制造方法,以提高胺衍生物的产率和硝基苯衍生物的转化率,减少副产物的产生,制造高纯度的脂环族胺衍生物。 构成:脂肪族胺衍生物的制造方法包括通过氢化化学式1表示的硝基苯衍生物来制造由化学式2表示的脂族胺衍生物的步骤。在化学式1中,X是-NO 2,-Br,I ,-COCH 3,-OCH 3,-C≡N或-NH 2。 在化学式2中,R为-H或低级烷基; X'是-H,-NO 2,-Br,I,-COCH 3,-OCH 3,-C≡N或-NH-R'; 且R'为-H或低级烷基。
