    • PURPOSE: A waste incinerator equipped with an overheating prevention device for incineration of high caloric waste by using recirculation of the flue gas and an overheating prevention control method thereof are provided to prevent local overheating in a drying area and maintain the decided incinerator amount of the heat waste. CONSTITUTION: A waste incinerator equipped with an overheating prevention device for incineration of high caloric waste by using recirculation of the flue gas comprises an incinerator body(10), a waste inlet unit(20), a combustion device(30), and a re-cycling nozzle unit(40). The multi-leveled combustion chamber of the incinerator body is made of first and second combustion chambers(11,12). The waste inlet unit throws waste in the incinerator body. The combustion device divides the waste combustion processes into a drying stage(33), a combustion stage(34), and a post burning stage(35).

    • 본 발명은 폐목재, 왕겨, 톱밥, 축산폐기물 등의 농, 임업 폐기물 등(이하 ' 열분해대상물'이라 함)을 유동층에서 열분해하여 바이오원유, 가스 등의 연료를 얻기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명의 장치는, 유동층반응기의 유동층부에 열분해대상물을 공급하여 유동층부에 존재하는 모래 등의 혼합재와 열분해대상물이 혼합되고 가열되어 열분해되도록 하고, 열분해시에 발생되는 가스를 응축용 냉각수단을 통해 냉각하여 바이오원유 등의 연료를 얻을 수 있도록 되어 있으며, 상기 유동층반응기의 유동층부 측면에 대상물공급홀이 형성되어 있어 열분해대상물이 유동층부의 측면을 통해 유동층부로 공급되도록 되어 있고, 열분해시 발생되어 유동층부의 상부에 모이는 촤(char)가 유동층부의 상부에서 배출되도록 유동층부의 상단부 위쪽에 촤배출구가 형성되어 있으며, 열분해시 발생되는 수증기와 가스가 냉각수단으로 공급되도록 유동층반응기에 가스공급홀이 형성되어 있되 상기 촤배출구에서 상부로 이격되어 형성되어 있다.
      본 발명의 장치는, 열분해대상물과 모래 등의 혼합재가 원활하게 혼합되고, 열분해시 발생되는 촤의 배출도 원활한 특징이 있다.

The brake pad drives the driven member. The support releases the braking of the brake pad. The link interlocks the rotation of the rising and the falling points.

    • PURPOSE: A condensing boiler is provided to reduce heat loss because an upper tank part is arranged on the upper side of heat exchange pipes. CONSTITUTION: A condensing boiler(100) comprises a burner part(110), first and second heat exchange pipes(120,130), a partition wall(140), lower and upper tank parts(150,160). The burner part discharges combustion gas to the underside. The first heat exchange pipes surround the burner part at an interval. The second heat exchange pipes surround the first heat exchange pipes at an interval. The flow paths of hot water are vertically formed in the first and second heat exchange pipes, respectively. The first and second heat exchange pipes have independent internal flow channels and are inserted into through holes of the partition wall. The partition wall divides the first and second heat exchange pipes into an upper sensible heat exchange part(103) and a lower latent heat exchange unit(104). The lower part and upper tank parts are respectively coupled to the bottom and top of the first and second heat exchange pipes. The lower tank part distributes external heating water to the first and second heat exchange pipes. The upper tank part discharges heating water from the first and second heat exchange pipes to outside.
