    • PURPOSE: An active LED driving device and an LED lighting device using the same are provided to enable control of output and a power factor. CONSTITUTION: An active LED driving device(110) comprises a compensation capacitor(111), a rectifier(112), and a transforming unit(113). The compensation capacitor is connected to an output of a rapid lighting stabilizer. The rectifier rectifies the output of the rapid lighting stabilizer. The transforming unit transforms the output of the rapid lighting stabilizer. One end of the compensation capacitor is connected to one end of an output unit of the rapid lighting stabilizer, and the other end of the compensation capacitor is connected to one end of an input unit of the rectifier. The other end of the input unit of the rectifier is connected to the other end of the output unit of the rapid lighting stabilizer, and both ends of the output unit are connected to an input terminals of the transforming unit.     • PURPOSE: An active type LED driving device for controlling the output power of the LED load circuit and a lighting device using the same are provided to maintain the output power by using a converter and an inductor part which is operated with the predetermined duty ratio, and an LED driving device which adds a capacitor portion.
