CONSTITUTION: A web user contacts to a website by using wire and wireless terminals(S10). The user interface unit of an RSS server executes a user authentication process(S20). The user interface unit transmits collected school information to the wire and wireless terminal(S30). In case information classification standard is established, an information classification unit classifies the school information according to the information classification standard(S40).
