    • An immunity measuring method using flow cytometer comprising : the step bonding anti-IgG, anti-IgM and anti-IgA to agarose bead as the antibody of the measuring object about the isotype of immune globulin; the step injecting the measuring object into said bead which the antibody is bonded to; the step washing and removing IgG, IgM and IgA which aren't reacted; the step injecting anti-Ig which fluorescent material is attached to and IgG, IgM and IgA can be bonded to; the step washing and removing the injected antibody which isn't reacted; and the step analyzing the bead by the flow cytometer; is disclosed. Thereby, it is possible to use the flow cytometer which is applied in more accurately and wider range than prior immunity measuring method.

    • PURPOSE: A cinnamic aldehyde derivative facilitating the differentiation of T cell and deriving the generation of gamma interferon divided from cinnamomum cassia blume is provided to newly strengthen the immunity. CONSTITUTION: A method for examining the existence of the virulence comprises the steps of: separating the 2-hydroxy cinnamic aldehyde from cinnamon and then refining; compounding the 2-O-benzoyl cinnamic aldehyde from the 2-hydroxy cinnamic aldehyde and comparing the physicochemical property to the 2-hydroxy cinnamic aldehyde; giving the 2-O-benzoyl cinnamic aldehyde to the spleen cell of a mouse and then examining the effect of T-cell differentiation; examining the effect of the generative derivation of the gamma interferon; and examining the existence of the acute virulence by injecting two kinds of cinnamic aldehyde derivatives to the mouse and observing the abnormality.
