    • PURPOSE: A phosphorus removal apparatus of sewage and a method thereof are provided to induce the direct reaction of phosphorus ions by adding an inorganic coagulant with relatively low basicity to a first coagulation settling apparatus, and to induce removal of micro flocs by adding an inorganic coagulant with relatively high basicity to a second coagulation settling apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A phosphorus removal apparatus of sewage comprises: a first coagulation settling apparatus composed of a first rapid mixing bath(110), a first low speed mixing bath(120) and a first settling bath(130); and a second coagulation settling apparatus composed of a second rapid mixing bath(210), a second low speed mixing bath(220) and a second settling bath(230). The first rapid mixing bath makes phosphorus ions(-) contained in source water to directly react with metal ions(+) contained in an inorganic coagulant with low basicity by rapidly mixing the source water and the inorganic coagulant with low basicity to form flocs. The second rapid mixing bath makes micro flocs contained in the processed water supplied from the first settling bath to react with an inorganic coagulant with high basicity by rapidly mixing the processed water and the inorganic coagulant with high basicity to form oxalate.     • The present invention relates to a device and a method for removing phosphorus using dolomite, which is capable of minimizing an additional neutralizing process and improving economic feasibility by reducing an inorganic coagulant using the dolomite with the inorganic coagulant, thereby improving the removal efficiency of the phosphorous and adjusting pH which is decreased using the inorganic coagulant with the dolomite to neutral pH concentration. The device according to the present invention comprises the followings: a rapid mixing basin which forms condensation nuclei which are formed of a deposit of Ca, Mg or Ca, Mg, and Fe of the dolomite by forming a flock by making metallic ions of the inorganic coagulant react with phosphorous ion (-) which is included in the raw water after rapidly mixing the inorganic coagulant, dolomite and raw water; a slow mixing basin which slowly stirs the raw water which is supplied from the rapid mixing basin in order to grow the condensation nuclei which are formed with the component from the dolomite and flock which is formed from the rapid mixing basin; a settling tank which separates the flock which is grown by receiving the raw water from the slow mixing basin to the treating water and the sludge by performing a gravity setting; an inorganic coagulant feeding device which supplies inorganic coagulant in the rapid mixing basin; and a dolomite feeding device which supplies the dolomite in the rapid mixing basin.
