摘要： A colon cancer diagnosis kit is provided to include antibody of adenosyl homocysteinase as a protein marker for colon cancer diagnosis and to diagnose conveniently colon cancer using the adenosyl homocysteinase existing in a plasma. A colon cancer diagnosis kit includes antibody specific to adenosyl homocysteinase having a sequence number: 1 which is a protein marker for colon cancer diagnosis. The antibody is polyclonal antibody or monoclonal antibody. The colon cancer diagnosis kit additionally includes a second antibody assembly with which a marker color-emitting by reaction with a substrate is welded, a chromogenic solution coloring to the marker, a rinse solution and an enzyme reaction stopping liquid. The marker of the second antibody assembly is selected from a group consisting of HRP(horseradish peroxidase), alkaline phosphatase, colloidal gold, fluorescent material and pigment.

摘要： Protein markers for diagnosis of colon cancer are provided to improve diagnosis convenience and reduce burden of a patient by using serum, and enhance diagnosis accuracy and sensitivity, so that colon cancer is diagnosed at an early stage. A kit for diagnosis of colon cancer comprises a single or both of antibodies such as multi-clone antibodies or single-clone antibodies against calgranulin A having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:7 and galgranulin B having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:9 as protein markers. A method for detecting the protein markers comprises the steps of: (1) coating a specimen to be diagnosed and a control sample to a support; (2) adding antibodies specific to calgranulin A and galgranulin B to the support to perform antigen-antibody reaction; (3) detecting the antigen-antibody reaction product by using a secondary antibody conjugate and coloring substrate; and (4) comparing the results between the specimen and control sample, wherein the specimen is serum or plasma.
