CONSTITUTION: A method for preparation of pseudo Human Papillomavirus 18 type is composed of the following steps of: preparing a recombinant expression vector pAc/18L1-L2 which produces capsid proteins, L1 and L2 of HPV 18 type; transforming Sf-21 insect cells with the recombinant plasmid and baculovirus DNA to prepare a recombinant baculovirus pAc/18L1-L2(KCTC 0414BP); culturing and separating it to obtain Human Papillomavirus 18 type like particle.
