    • PURPOSE: A natural gas liquefaction process is provided to simplify the structure of a liquefaction process and to facilitate the operation of a system since one closed loop cooling cycle adopting a mixed-refrigerant is used. CONSTITUTION: A natural gas liquefaction process comprises the steps of: separating a condensed mixed-refrigerant into a liquid refrigerant part and a vapor refrigerant part; pre-cooling natural gas in a first heat exchange region(121); liquefying the precooled natural gas in a second heat exchange region(122); compressing the refrigerant part in which the natural gas is precooled; compressing the refrigerant part in which the natural gas is liquidified; mixing the compressed refrigerant parts; additionally separating the mixed refrigerant part into a liquid refrigerant part and a vapor refrigerant part; additionally precooling the natural gas in the first heat exchange region; additionally compressing the refrigerant part in which the natural gas is additionally precooled; and partly condensing the vapor refrigerant part.

    • An equipment for pre-welding of sealing walls to LNG cargo tanks is provided to reduce the labor cost, perform the welding operation uniformly, and improve safety of the welding operation by making it possible to easily attach the equipment to an inner part of a large structure and conducting a welding operation while automatically moving along welding lines of the sealing walls. As a pre-welding equipment of sealing walls used for sealing inner parts of LNG cargo tanks, a pre-welding equipment(20) for installing the sealing walls on the LNG cargo tanks comprises: a work plate providing a space for putting a plurality of sealing members on the work plate; a frame(30) of which both ends are fixed to the work plate; a fixing part installed on the frame to fix the sealing members disposed adjacently to both sides of the frame; and a welding part(40) that moves along the frame to weld joints of the sealing members. The fixing part comprises a fixing metal, and a pressing device including a cylinder. The welding part comprises a welding rod feeder including a reel member and a height adjusting part including a rotary roller(49). The work plate has a plurality of ball bearings installed on the surface thereof.

    • A corner structure of an LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) storage tank is provided to enable a corner part to efficiently remove a mechanical stress generated in the storage tank. In a conner structure of an LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) storage tank, an insulation wall is installed at an inner surface of the storage tank storing LNG and forms an insulation layer. A plurality of sealing films is installed at an upper part of the insulation wall and is in contact with the LNG. A corner structure is installed at the edge of storage tank for supporting the sealing films. The corner structure includes a corner member(101) connecting and fixing between the sealing films and the inner surface of the storage tank and an insulating material formed around the corner member. The corner member includes a fixing member(110) fixed at the inner surface of edge of the storage tank and a movable member(130) supported to be capable of a linear movement on the fixing member.

    • PURPOSE: A liquefied gas storage tank is provided to doubly prevent leakage of liquefied gas by sealing and insulating walls attached in an inner wall of a storage tank, and to reduce space that one storage tank occupy. CONSTITUTION: A liquefied gas storage tank comprises a tank body, a cover, an insulating wall(20), a sealing wall. The insulating wall comprises multiple secondary insulating panels, multiple primary insulating panels, and a secondary gap. The secondary insulating panels are arranged on an inner surface of the tank body of a storage tank. The primary insulating panels are arranged on the secondary insulating panels. The secondary gap is formed between the secondary panels and is covered by the primary insulating panels. The secondary gap is filled with insulating substances and is foamed so that the secondary panels can be integrated each other to prevent secondary leakage of liquefied gas.
