    • A cell transducing heat shock protein 27(HSP27) fusion protein is provided to be penetrated into a cell easily in a concentration dependent manner, thereby inhibiting apoptosis efficiently. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating nephritis, vasculitis, auto-immune diseases, stroke, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, hemochromatosis, diseases caused by radium therapy, progeria, aging related to diseases, sickle cell disease, malaria, pulmonary emphysema, myocardia, auto-immune nephrotic syndrome, betelnet-related oral cavity carcinoma, hyperoxia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, cataract, Lou Gehrig's disease, diabetes, cerebral ischemia, and atopy comprises the HSP27 fusion protein and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
