    • PURPOSE: A container with a nanostructure for cell culture is provided to induce or enhance differentiation of a stem cell into a certain cell and to enable mass production. CONSTITUTION: A container for cell culture has a cell culture surface for proliferating and differentiating stem cells by adhering adult stem cells. The container has nanostructures which are placed on the cell culture surface in a predetermined interval. The nanostructures have nanocolumns(204) which are protruded from the cell culture surface. The width of the nanocolumn is 40-500 nm. The height of the nanocolumn is 10 nm to 1micrometer. The nanocolumn has a hemispherical stylobate(204a) and a column(204b) which is protruded from the hemispherical stylobate with a predetermined width.

    • PURPOSE: A container for cell cultures for enhancing proliferation and differentiation efficiency of various cells including adult stem cells is provided to save cost and time for cell culturing. CONSTITUTION: A container for cell cultures contains a cell culture side(11) for proliferating and differentiating adult stem cells by adhering to the adult stem cells. The cell culture side has a micro structure(11a) placed on a cell culture side at a predetermined interval. The micro structure has a protrusion. The container is placed on the upper side of the micro structure at a predetermined interval and has a plurality of nano structures. The contact angle of the cell culture side and water is 50 degrees or more. The micro structure is formed of thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin, or an elastomer.
