    • PURPOSE: A peptide with human basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) inhibitory and its uses thereof are provided to inhibit the interaction of a bFGF and a bFGF antibody. CONSTITUTION: A peptide with human bFGF inhibitory is based on an amino acid sequence which is selected from one in a group including the sequence numbers 1 to 4. The peptide is an antibody imitating the peptide which is specifically bonded to a bFGF and has the activation of inhibiting the interaction of the bFGF and the bFGF antibody. The peptide is obtained by the steps of: attaching an antibody with respect to a bFGF protein to a protein chip; generating a reaction of the protein chip with a fluorescent material attached to the bFGF protein and a plurality of peptides; washing the protein chip with a buffer solution; verifying the antibody imitating the peptide with respect to the bFGF protein based on the fluorescent intensity of the peptides on the protein chip.

    • PURPOSE: A method for detecting integrin antagonist from peptide library is provided to enhance efficiency of medicines in angiotherapy. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting integrin antagonis comprises: a step of conjugating integrin α5B1 on a protein chip having the surface in which a calixarene derivative is coated; a step of reacting fluorescence-conjugated ligand protein and plural peptide on the integrin α5B1-conjugated protein chip; a step of washing the protein chip with buffer solution; and a step of comparing fluorescence expression intensity and determining a peptide which react to a spot having low fluorescence intensity. The ligand protein is vitronectin, fibronectin, collagen, laminin, Von Willebrand Factor(vWF) or fibrinogen.

    • A method for inspecting quality of milk using a protein microarray chip is provided to measure change of quantitative and quality of protein in the processed milk and raw milk collected from milk cow. A method for inspecting quality of milk using a protein microarray chip comprises the following steps of: comprising a microarray by attaching antibody on a substrate; reacting a material containing an antigen to be fixed and the antigen in which a fluorescent material is adhered; and measuring extent competitive inhibition.
