    • PURPOSE: A plasma generating apparatus is provided to emit a homogeneous and high-intensity plasma on a conductive or non-conductive sample plate by self-controlling a current through a hole on a plate type electrode. CONSTITUTION: A plasma generating apparatus process a predetermined sample plate(16) and includes a plate type electrode(13), a relative electrode(15), a plate type dielectric insulating electrode cap(14) and a predetermined aperture. The plate type electrode is formed in a gas chamber(11) having a gas injecting tube(12) injecting a predetermined gas and attached thereon and includes at least one tube holes. The relative electrode is arranged in a portion facing the plate type electrode. The plate type dielectric insulating electrode cap is implemented between the plate type electrode and the relative electrode. The predetermined aperture is formed on a portion corresponding to tube hole of the plate type electrode of the plate type dielectric electrode cap. The plasma is generated between the plate type electrode and the relative electrode through the aperture.
