摘要： A management method of facility construction processes in accordance with cost information of each element is provided to make the entire process diagram automatically by using a database including processes, activities and unit cost information. An integrated database is constructed in advance, wherein the database stores unit cost information of each activity and process information according to each facility, each element, each process, and each activity(S100). Processes for the entire facilities are made by analyzing elements of the entire system to be constructed, calculating the number of elements to be used, determining a process and an activity to be used, and referring to the integrated database so as to link the unit cost information to the processes automatically(S200). A subordinate process is automatically made by analyzing elements of a superordinate process, calculating the number of elements to be used, determining a process and an activity and referring to the integrated database and the superordinate process so as to link the unit cost information to the processes automatically(S300). Each process situation is totaled on the basis of the unit cost information to be collected to the superordinate process sequentially and repeatedly(S400). A model instance is updated by storing the unit cost information and the processes according to a classification system of the integrated database(S500).
