摘要： A carbon monoxide gas alarm device controls a heating operation period of a semiconductor gas sensor by using an oscillator and a logic element, and performs an alarm operation according to a density of the predetermined gas. The alarm device includes: a power unit(1) having a charging circuit and a battery; a low voltage detector; an oscillator(2) for a sensor's heating operation; a detector(3) for controlling a sensor's heating period, and preventing a detection operation during the heating period; a high density comparator(5) for comparing the detection signal from the detector(3) with a predetermined voltage, and includes a comparator(IC5) and an oscillation circuit(IC8); a low density gas comparator(6) for comparing the detection signal from the detector(3) with a predetermined voltage, and includes comparators(IC6,IC7) and an oscillation circuit(IC9); and an alarm(6) for amplfifying an oscillation output of the comparators(4,5), and driving the speaker(SPK).
