    • PURPOSE: A method of stirring hot metal in a torpedo ladle car is provided to enhance devulcanising efficiency by improving the flow of hot metal in a torpedo ladle car used as a transfer container and a devulcanising reactor. CONSTITUTION: A regular mixing time obtained through a model test is decided as time having regular electric conductivity changed by electrolytes. Devulcanising gas is injected to the upward quarter from the bottom of a cone to stir the hot metal in a torpedo ladle car. Therefore, the stirring of hot metal is increased in the torpedo ladle car and the processing time for obtaining the regular devulcanising degree of the hot metal is shortened.

    • The artificial stone is produced by a composition containing 41 wt.% a slag(Si deoxidation steel) that is generated from during the process of Si deoxidation steel comprising 45.9-47.8 wt.% CaO, 5.0-5.3 wt.% MgO, 7.0-7.4 wt.% Al2O3, 35.3-36.8 wt.% SiO2, 1.4-1.5 wt.% MnO, 0.4-0.5 wt.% FeO and 0.4-0.5 wt.% CaF2; 26 wt.% a feldspar comprising 0.1-0.2 wt.% CaO, 0.1-0.2 wt.% MgO, 2.9-3.1 wt.% Na2O, 8.6-9.0 wt.% K2O and 66.1-68.9 wt.% SiO2; 23 wt.% a fluorite having a purity degree of 80 % or more; and 10 wt.% a silica having a purity degree of 95 % or more. The artificial stone is produced by mixing, dissolving, coagulating the raw material composition by the conventional method, and then heat treating followed by crystallizing it.
