The message provided to the terminal having a virtual ID is selected from the registered message or information and transmits the message to the terminal(311). The message is displayed through the messenger(315). If the terminal moves the second service application site, each step is repeatedly performed.

    • PURPOSE: A building finishing-material and a high-energy bond magnet utilizing ferrite characteristics are provided to improve the living environment by using the ferromagnetic characteristics of a ferrite. CONSTITUTION: A powder of the ferrite is obtained through a mechanical stabilization process(1). The powder is mixed with a plasticizer and a lubricant through a ball mill in a mixture process(2). In the mixture process(2), a resin is applied to the powder in order to increase the fluidity of the powder. After the mixture process(2), a molded product is provided. The molded product is coated with a glaze in a surface coating process(4) and is sintered by an electric furnace in a sintering process(5). The sintered product is experienced with a magnet-like element adhesion process(6).
