摘要： A nanoparticle for diagnosis of digestive system disorder is provided to improve diagnosis accuracy in the conventional endoscopy by using a bio-linker capable of selectively binding to bio-molecules causing digestive system disorder, so that the nanoparticle moves to the parts of digestive system disorder and its position is easily detected through luminescence. A nanoparticle for diagnosis of digestive system disorder contains: a core particle containing a magnetic material selected from cobalt, iron, manganese, zinc, nickel and copper; a skin consisting of organic fluorescent material of RITC(rhodamine B isothiocyanate) or FITC(fluoresceine isothiocyanate) or inorganic fluorescent material such as CdSe, ZnSe, CdS, ZnS or CdSe-ZnS and surrounding the core particle; a coating layer consisting of inert material selected from SiO2, polymer, Au and Ag and surrounding the skin; and a bio-linker bound to the surface of coating layer, wherein the bio-linker is DNA, antibody, RNA, peptide or small peptide.

A method for preparing nanocomposite powder comprising barium ferrite and nickel zinc ferrite includes the steps of: (i) dissolving barium nitrate, nickel nitrate, zinc nitrate, and iron nitrate in distilled water; (ii) adding glycine to the solution to form a precursor powder by self-propagating high temperature synthesis; and (iii) calcining the precursor powder at 800 °C or below. The glycine is added in an amount of 1:0.5-1:1.5 based on the total weight of nitrates.

摘要： A nanoparticle conjugated with a cetuximab antibody is provided to obtain a contrast medium for in vitro and in vivo imaging of tissues with colon cancer, and to inhibit growth of colon cancer. A nanoparticle for diagnosis of colon cancer comprises: a core particle formed of a magnetic material; a silica compound shell containing an organic fluorescent material; and a cetuximab antibody bonded to the shell surface by way of an NHS-PEO12-maleimide group. In the nanoparticle, the magnetic core particle is at least one oxide selected from the group consisting of cobalt, iron, manganese, zinc, nickel and copper. Further, the organic fluorescent material is one of an RITC(Rhodamine B isothiocyanate) and an FITC(fluoresceine isothiocyanate).
