    • PURPOSE: A preprocessing apparatus of a sound converter is provided to improve productivity and quality by removing standby time for drying a bond. CONSTITUTION: A yoke(102) is inserted into the inner side of a frame(101). An inner ring magnet(103) and an outer ring magnet(104) transmit and receive magnetic flux to and from the yoke. An inner ring top plate(105) and an outer ring top plate(106) transmit the magnetic flux from the inner ring magnet or outer ring magnet to a coil unit(107). A part of the coil unit is inserted into a gap between the inner ring magnet and the inner ring top plate or between the outer ring magnet and the outer ring top plate. A vibration plate(108) generates vibration according to the vertical movement of the coil unit. A projector(110) protects the vibration plate.

A low-strength and high-depression material(20) is arranged on an upper portion of the refractory material, such that a three-layer composition structure is formed. A curved bridge(31) is resistant to a thermal deformation of an outer dome of the diaphragm, when the diaphragm is freely moved in a vertical direction. A deposition material is made of a low-thermal conductivity material, such that the diaphragm is protected from heat. A voice coil(40) is at a lower portion of the deposition material and a coil guiding line(41) is arranged along the bridge.

    • A water proof device for a microspeaker is provided to prevent a malfunction of an audio apparatus by preventing moistures from permeating into the audio apparatus through a through-hole. A water proof film(12) is inserted into a protector(11), which is attached to an upper portion of a speaker. A rubber ring(13) is inserted between the protector and a speaker support member. The rubber ring is protruded by more than the speaker support member(21) and the protector. When the speaker is mounted on an audio apparatus, a support guide(24) is arranged at a side portion of the speaker support member such that the rubber ring is pressed. The speaker support member includes an enclosure(23) which contains air. Air is guided into the audio apparatus via a through-hole(22). A coin connecting line and a lead line(32) are coated with a water proof adhesive agent(31).
