    • PURPOSE: An artificial magnetic field conductor and a dipole antenna are provided to diagnose the validity of an AMC(Artificial Magnetic Conductor) by arranging a dipole antenna on the AMC. CONSTITUTION: An artificial magnetic field conductor is formed by laminating materials(120) which have a predetermined thickness, a dielectric constant, and a magnetic permeability on a conductor. A center frequency about the artificial magnetic field conductor is determined according to the dielectric constant, the thickness, and the magnetic permeability of the material. The bandwidth about the artificial magnetic field conductor is determined according to a rate between the dielectric constant and the magnetic permeability of the material. The bandwidth about the artificial magnetic field conductor is reduced as the dielectric constant of the material decreases. The bandwidth about the artificial magnetic field conductor is increased as the magnetic permeability of the material increases.
