    • 본 발명은 교반장치 및 이에 구비되는 교반후크에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 반응기의 내부에 회전가능하게 설치되는 회전축과; 회전축의 외주면에 설치되고, 회전축과 함께 회전되면서 내부 물질을 교반하는 회전날개와; 반응기의 내벽에 한 쌍이 서로 이격되어 구비되고, 회전날개가 사이를 통과하는 교반후크를 포함한다. 그리고, 교반후크의 사이의 폭은 상기 회전날개가 진입하는 입구보다 이탈하는 출구에서 넓게 형성된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 교반후크에서 회전날개가 진입하는 입구에서 이탈하는 출구까지 압력이 일정하게 작용하기 때문에 교반후크에 비틀림 모멘트가 발생하는 것이 최소화된다. 결국, 교반후크의 내구성이 향상되고 제품의 신뢰성이 증대되는 결과를 가져온다.

    • The present invention provides a method for analyzing immunochromatography which generates an amplified signal comprising a step (a) of forming a cover body-first antibody combination body/analyzing material complex by making a cover body-first antibody combination body be in contact with an analyzing material, wherein the cover body-first antibody combination body includes a cover body and a first antibody which is specifically combined to a first epitope of the analyzing material in a solid substrate; a step (b) of spreading the cover body-first antibody combination body/analyzing material complex in the state where an electric field is applied to a horizontal direction of the solid substrate; and a step (c) of forming a cover body-first antibody combination body/analyzing material/second antibody complex by making the spread cover body-first antibody combination body/analyzing material complex be in contact with a second antibody which is specifically combined to second epitope of the analyzing material and is immobilized on a detection unit of the solid substrate, wherein the cover body-first antibody combination body/analyzing material/second antibody complex is localized on a predetermined portion of the detection unit by the electric field. According to the present invention, a signal of the cover unit can be amplified by forming a cover body-first antibody combination body/analyzing material/second antibody complex which is localized on a predetermined portion of a detection unit by applying the electric field to the horizontal direction of a solid substrate. Also, an immunochromatography strip of the present invention can execute high sensitive immunochromatography analysis.
