A one pack type epoxy resin composition comprises a nonencapsulated surface-modified amine-based curing agent which comprises a core comprising an amine-based curing agent having a reactive amino group, and an outer layer formed by blocking the reactive amino group present on the surface of the core by a group having a carbamate bond; a storage stabilizer; a curing accelerator; and an epoxy resin. Preferably the storage stabilizer is a boron ester-based storage stabilizer; and the curing accelerator is an imidazole-based curing accelerator.

摘要： An optical melt-extrusion plastic sheet and an LCD window having the same are provided to suppress the warpage state of a sheet material and improve the dimensional stability of a sheet by forming a hard coating layer in an anisotropic structure. An optical melt-extrusion plastic sheet(300) comprises a sheet material(310) and hard coating layers(320,330). The sheet material(310) is manufactured through melt extrusion for an optical polymer. The hard coating layers(320,330) are added to both sides of the sheet material(310) in order to strengthen the surface hardness. In order to prevent the sheet(300) from getting warped inwards, the outer-side hard coating layer(330) is formed in an anisotropic structure for the inner-side hard coating layer(330) so as to resist the warpage state.

摘要： An optical melt extruded sheet comprising a high-molecular weight resin layer is provided to realize good mechanical properties, such as impact strength, comparable to a plastic sheet obtained via a solution casting process, and to improve the cost efficiency and surface characteristics. An optical melt extruded plastic sheet(100) comprises: a sheet substrate(110) obtained by melt extruding a polymer having a predetermined molecular weight; and high-strength resin layers(120,130) applied on both surfaces of the sheet substrate, wherein the resin has a higher molecular weight than the polymer. The high-strength resin layer has an increased molecular weight by coating both surfaces of the sheet substrate with a resin for coating, followed by curing.
