A manufacturing method of a shock absorbing material with improved floor impact sound absorbing efficiency using graphite-polymerized polystyrene bead comprises the steps of: manufacturing a Styrofoam block by foaming polystyrene bead(S100); applying compressive force to the manufactured Styrofoam block(S200); removing compressive force from the compressed Styrofoam block(S300); and after repeating compression and restoration of short duration within the limits of the bursting of polystyrene bead, restoring for appointed hours(S400), wherein the polystyrene bead is manufactured by graphite-polymerized polystyrene bead, and the manufactured shock absorbing material has a dynamic modulus of 4.5~6.5MN/m^3 on the basis of a thickness of 20mm.
